Hospital Infrastructure

Built in reinforced concrete style, the building has a total area of 26,777 m2 according to the measurements, contained in the architectural project. There are 5 blocks in total, including red, orange, yellow, green, and blue, blocks in the project of the building. Differences are observed in the number of floors of the blocks. The red block consists of 5 floors, including basement + ground + 3 normal floors, orange and green blocks consist of 4 floors, including basement + ground + 2 normal floors, and green and blue blocks consist of 3 floors, including Floor + 2 normal floors.

1 - Basement Floor

The basement consists of sections of blocks that qualify as red, orange and yellow blocks. Accordingly, in the red block section of the structure, there is a sterilization – laundry area and consists of an area of 1397.22 m2. In the basement plan of the building, there is an outpatient clinic (obstetrics – pediatrics), sampling and observation room in the Orange Block section and consists of an area of 1048,01 m2. Yellow block consists of IT Room, CCTV Room, Medical Gas Room, UPS Room and kitchen and offices in the basement and has an area of 1216,64 m²..

2 - Ground Floor

Ground Floor consists of parts of the blocks that are described as Red, Orange, Yellow, Green and Blue Blocks. Accordingly, there is an Emergency Service area in the ground floor Red Block section of the building and consists of an area of 1103.12m². The ground floor plan of the building consists of 10 Standard Patient Rooms, Polyclinic (Urology-Gastroenterology), Endoscopy, Colonoscopy Processing Unit, Urodynamics, Uroflowmetry, Sampling sections in the Orange Block section and consists of an area of 1113.51m².

Other blocks on the ground floor are Yellow Block; Outpatient Clinic (Neurology-Physical Therapy-Orthopedics-Brain Surgery), Physical Therapy Session Rooms, EEG-EMG areas and 1137,69m² Green Block; Polyclinic (Internal Diseases, Otorhinolaryngology, Dental, Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, Eye, Infectious Diseases, Rheumatology, Nephrology, Chest Diseases, Psychiatry, General Surgery, Dietician), Sampling, PFT, ECG, Day Operation Room and 1125, 62 m² Blue Block; Radiology (Usg, Mr, Bt, X-ray) Polyclinic (Cardiovascular Surgery, Endocrinology, Cardiology), Angio Unit, Angio Observation Room, Holter, Effor, ECG departments and an area of 1390.38 m².

3 - First Floor

1st Normal Floor consists of parts of the blocks defined as Red, Orange, Yellow, Green and Blue Blocks. Accordingly, there are General Intensive Care (12 Beds) + Isolated Room (4 Beds) Cardiovascular Surgery Intensive Care (4 Beds) + Isolated Room (2 Beds) in the 1st Normal Floor Red Block section of the building and consists of an area of 1280.31 m². In the Orange Block part of the 1st normal floor plan of the building, Neonatal Intensive Care (8 beds) + Isolated Room (2 Rooms), Delivery Room (6 beds) are located and consists of an area of 1160,66m².

Other blocks on the Normal Floor consist of Yellow Block; 1148,41m² Green Block with 10 Standard Patient Rooms and Coronary Intensive Care Unit (4 beds); 1152,17m², Blue Block with 14 Standard Patient Rooms and 6-Bed Daily Observation Room, operating room (6 units) sections and an area of 1390.38 m².

4 - Second Floor

The 2nd Normal Floor consists of parts of the blocks that are described as Red, Orange, Yellow, Green and Blue Blocks. Accordingly, there are 12 Suite Rooms in the 2nd Normal Floor Red Block section of the building, having an area of 1280.31 m², and the Orange Block part is used by the University and consists of an area of 963.73 m².

Other blocks of the building on the 2nd Normal Floor consist of the Yellow Block; 1161,64 m² Green Block with 14 Standard Patient Rooms and 6-Bed Daily Observation Room; 1152.27 m² and Blue Block with 14 Standard Patient Rooms and 6-Bed Daily Observation Room; the Laboratory and the area used by the University in the Left Corridor and an area of 1277.13 m².

5 - Third Floor

In the project of the real property subject to appraisal, there are Red Block sections on the 3rd Normal Floor and consists of a King Suite and 6 Suite Rooms and an area of 1108.94 m².

In the courtyard area in the middle of the real property subject to appraisal, there are Patient Hospitalization Office, Patient Discharge Office, Pharmacy and Reception units.

And it is in the plan to build an entire building for oncology unit.
